In all other respects, providing data is voluntary. Refusal to provide mandatory data may result in the inability to carry out the recruitment process. The controller processes mandatory data based on its legal obligation, whereas additional data is processed based on consent. Personal data will be processed until the recruitment process is completed and for the period necessary to pursue any potential claims. In the case of consent for participation in future recruitment processes, data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn. Consent for the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time.
